bad service!

I've been experiencing some difficulties with my internet & telephone lines, I've done the phoning & loggint complaints & even my nearest telkom store did n log on this but no one has even came out to check our lines & cables. After numerous loadshedding my server finally decided its not switching on & our telephone is also not working! I still have to study & need things from the internet! This is the number that I need help with- ***
