BAD SERVICE

We went to Telkom in Somerset West a few weeks ago, and had friendly service at the shop....within the next 2 days we received a call from Telkom saying they'll be at our house on the Wednesday to install the line. I have to say I was impressed because I didn't expect it to happen so soon. We were told that someone will come over between 8:00 and 16:00 so we made arrangements for the person to come that Saturday as we can't take a whole day off from work to wait. The guy said its no problem, he'll see us Saturday 4 July @12:00. I'm still waiting. No call from their side to appologize, complained on Facebook, someone rep**** and said they'll help, NOTHING. And let me not even mention the customer care number. I do not understand why this is such a issue...how can NO ONE assist us??????
