Bad service

I'm so disappointed with telkom service. I ordered my phone almost 2 months ago. I was told in 3 different emails that the phone had been dispatched and they don't know why I haven't received it yet. Then when we call you say that the phone hasn't even been received yet. It makes no sense and is extremely disappointing
