bad service

My word what has this country become. Good service is so hard find in this country and people think they doing u a favour by assisting you and not even doing their jobs properly. Now I opened up a contract with Zunaid from telkom at the greyville branch and his service was not so bad but I was not happy waiting 2 weeks for him to get back too me which lead me too call him most the time. So I eventually asked for the manager but can't remember her name she then told me she will look into it and get back too me suprised I was that she also never got back 2 me so I called back a day later and she answered the phone and when I had said I was not happy with the service ice she then quickly put the blame on the other people saying she asked them to call me,she then went on saying she will get me a cover for me phone which I am still waiting for and that was too show how sorry she was. Evertime I call the store it's either the manager is out of the store or on leave.. what kinda managers do u appoint who is never in the store.. I am so disappointed I think I should cancel my contract rather.
