Bad service

I called telkom today to apply for a new contract. The lady.. Govender was so rude she does not know how to speak with the clients. How can you tell me that I don't qualify where as I app**** at the store and qualify? I love Telekom but today I received a bad service. Thank u so much Ms Govender, I went to vodacom and qualify
