bad service

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>i made online application with telkom, then i got confirmation for my order</p> <p>i was called by one of the consultant on this number ********** regarding my application, when i call the number is engaged all the time the a called in same day after a got a better offer from another service provider, then i called telkom requesting them to cancell my application before it be delivered i spoke to a consultant called Gugu i gave her the contact number that called me she said the number does not exists then she drop the call, thern i called again i was put on hold for ever i need proof of contract to be cancelled before it reaches me, i had *****ulant contract that was open under my name at MTN last month after being notified by debit order on my cell phone, i think telkom's customer service is pathetic after what i have experienced.</p>
