BAD SERVICE

<p>My Adsl line is not working on friday 26/05/2017 a technician with the cell nr ********** 15 refuse to give his name phone me and told me he is infront of my house so I couldnt meet because we didnt had a appointment. I told him we can meet tomorrow saterday morning he phoned me at 8 and told me he will be at my house in a half an hours time 9 o clock he wasnt there yet so I phoned him and he told me I got lost but he didnt phone me to explain but he was at my house according to him on friday then he must know where to go the saterday morning but when I told him why didnt he phone me to explain to him he got rude so he told me that he is not going to come out anymore so on wednesday 31/05/2017 no one has phoned me as yet to fix my adsl line when I phoned I spoke to a thabang and he refuse to give me the technicians name that is why I put the cell nr this guy told me that the lines are ****** thatbwas telkoms excuse two months ago then my line was of for 6 weeks how can they keep on *****ing the lines when I spoke to a manager Lungile Dube he told me that that was a temporary line we paying for what every month there our lines are dead so how do we pay but cant use it telkom must fixed the problem properly we never have our line adsl or landlines working properly very upset with telkom service the technician is claiming money for friday and saterday but he cancelled the job just because he was cought red handed of telling me he is in front of my house the friday but saterday you get lost I dont beleave it.</p>
