Bad Service
<p>I went to Telkom Vincent Park 28 May 2017 at 8:45. I waited outside until 9 am when they open. I went in at 9 when they opened I was the second customer on the line. A Lady who was scanning the line ask what was there for I told her that I want a sim swap. She asked if I have a proof of address I said no cause last time I did a sim swap for me in Hemingways mall they didn't want one. But she insisted I get one. Then I said I will go print my statement at the bank. I went to print the statement and came back to the shop. I got to the the consultant and told him what I want he then told me that it's going to cost me r35. I said ok I will pay cash, he told me that they do not take cash they only take cards. I explained that my phone and wallet was ****** I do not have any cards with me I have only cash. He said he couldn't help me they only accept cards. I asked for the manager they told me that the manager was not around. I walked out and whent to my bank for a temporary card which cost r85 whereas I had money on my pocket to pay for the sim card. Went back to the shop for a 3rd time then, I gave the guy my I'd and bank statement. He asked my cellphone number I told him. Then he inputed it on his computer, then told me I couldn't get the sim card as my simcard number is suspended. I asked why he then laughed and look at his colleague saying I am joking. I did say anything, he then asked for my card I gave it to him. He swiped it and gave me the speed point to enter the pin. I entered the pin then it said approved. He then looked at me and asked if I did entered the pin I said yes. He said he doesn't understand cause it saying 0 to him. He gave me back my I'd bank statement and the sim card. I waited for him to say something he did not. I asked if his done he said yes. I asked him for a receipt he then asked his colleague to give it to him. Gave me the receipt and told me that my sim card is active. He did look at the id or the bank statement I went to print. He also didnt charge me with the card I had to go and do because they said they do not accept caah. I have never experience this bad services from Telkom Hemingway's Mall. I regret going to the Telkom Vincent Park shop. I do know what I was thinking because lots of people I know, always experience bad service from the the Telkom Vincent Park.</p>
