Bad service

<p>Its now 2 weeks that telkom cant solve my problem. I got a 1-2 sec delay on my server. telkom gave me a test server to se if it is my pc that got a problem. The test server worked 100%. Then I was told maybe it is because I got uncap. What the hell? Then they told me maybe it is my acc setting but they cant find a selotion for my problem. I then try out a hotspot with my cell on Cell C it was 100%. My problem is still with my server acc. When I go into Telkom online complaints I notesed that complains are all closed. I resieved SMS's that say my acc is reset and up running again. I was told that I cant close my acc with them because I got a 2 year contract. At this stage im sure no one at Telkom now how to fix my problem. They now gonna sent someone to my house if they cant find a broblem I will have to pay R300. So please tell me how to fix this problem.</p>
