Bad service

<p>I recently app**** for wifi to be install in my house with Telkom a few months back and waited for them to come and install I witch was last week Friday .When they came on Friday they came just to install a new telephone linefor the WiFi to work which was installed that same day ,and was happy with ,the next day a guy came with his on router to see if the WiFi is working mand said it was but didn't have a router with him and said that telkom didn't supply them with one to come and installed it and said he will go get one from the office's .The next day another guy came as a quality control check person to see if the lines are installed correct and to over see the work that had been done and we also asked him for the router and said there was a shortage with regards to the router and will deliver on as soon as it comes .The following day I received a SMS from telkom saying that the installation on your new WiFi router has been complete and we hope you enjoyed uyour services withus , yet to this day a weeklater it's not complete yes, the line is in but there'sstill no router for the WiFi to work so the installation isn't complete when the router was included in the package.After phoning the quality control person he said we can go to any telkom and get a router after going to one yesterday they said that they cannot just giveus one we will have to buy one from them</p> <p>It's pathetic how you guys are just messing around with your customers and not providing the services you supposed to ,so all I want to my router for the WiFi to work and there's noo shortage if you can buy one from the sortso that cannot be a accuse </p> <p> </p>
