Bad Service

<p>Yestersay around 10 AM I went to Telkom store in wonderpark to do a sim swap, Tumelo gave me two sim cards and told me it takes 2 to 24 hours for the sim cards to be active. To now my sim cards are not active. Called 1023, hoping to get assistance, but yooo..., they cant help me, am so frustrated I've got 1gig on each sim which I can't use cause, somebody did not do their job and don't even bother to check if the transaction was successful or not.</p>
