Bad service

<p>Can somebody please help me,i ordered a mobile package online last week and debit order went through on the 30th of march and i havent received any communication from telkom its impossible to get through to the call centre(10213).last week friday i got a ref number but i could not see the staus of my order("we could not retrive the order) and i called again the agent said they are sending the email to the manager to send somwhere also and that i will get comms within 24hrs and nothing until now.today someone finally answered(nosipho) and she asked for my ID number and made me wait for more than 5 minutes.</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom please respond i need to know what is happening with my order.</p>
