BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!

<p>iam not happy at all with service i recived from The Telkom Branch at Rosebank Johnnasburg, it was wosrt exprience of my life of bad service!!! i found myself standing in line for more than hour only to find out i could not be helped with my approved contract that i had app**** days earlier!! till toady when i call to confirm my appliction status it says approved but when i go to the branch they give me another story telling me its been declined!!!!! am sooooo angry i found staff members chilling and not helpling us only TWO people were busy on counters the rest of the 5 staff members were just chilling in group!! Telkom Rosebank is the worst please help so they can improve their service!!!!!!!!</p>
