BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>So today was te last I've lost my cool totally ..!! In August I've cancelled my LTE the folowing day I recived my LTE device , I phoned them to cancelle it and then they send me a cancellation form I have to fill in so I did . I phoned them after that and ask them if they did recive my form they said they will have a look at it . So 2months went by and still dedacting money from my account . Phone them again now they say I havent send in my cancellation form so yet again I send the documents , I also went to the telkom shop not even they can help me. So every month I have to go to the bank to reverse the amount . I cant explain how I angry I am !!!!!!!!!! Today they took money again more than they useally take !!! I have voice records and all !! still waiting for the superviser to contact me. And suddenly Im on a cash account but still dedacting money from my account. Every time they say they will help me but never do!! I have try every thing there is to try but no one seems to help me in anyway.</p>
