Bad Service

<p>I am a Telkom mobile client and at this moment I feel that Telkom does not care or value me as a client , I logged a case in January and todate it has not been resolved , Instead of Telkom contacting me to resolve the issue I call them and everytime I call the call agents promise me that someone will call me soon with regards to Case number ********** 1 . I am so inconvienced by Telkom and yet I am paying them , Can someone who cares about client service at Telkom mobile contact me.</p>
