bad service

<p>Telkom shop in Greenstone Mall, very bad service especially from the manager Gloria Legobye.</p> <p>I took out a LTE data contract and was told my area had LTE.when I got home I test and was only able to get 3g at 2mps</p> <p>the next day went back and told them to cancel the contract.they said it would take a momtn.I objected and told them I want the contract cancelled right away.They refused and also refused to give me proof they would cancel.The manager Gloria Legobye was very rude and shouted in front of alot of customers at me.</p> <p>the service is disgusting.</p> <p>contract number is ********** 748</p> <p>Mr De Combes</p>
