Bad service

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I ordered a contract online about 4 weeks ago a week after that no response so i did it again no response, then i phoned them and ordered it as it is a christmas present? after 6 days no deduction has been made I phoned them and they promised me it would be delivered before christmas as there was a problem with their systems. today is the 22 of desember and still nothing but they have deducted the money 3 days ago??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been phoning them nonstop and they are sending from pilar to post!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I want this one cancelled and my current contract???????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!! How can i be with a company that doesnt have customer service???????????????????????????????</p>
