Bad service

<p>After repoting a problem on my line on the 15th December 2016 i am still waiting for a response. Today is the 21st December 2016 and still no feedback. The problem is the lines have been switched. The number ********** 556 is incorrect and needs to be changed. I hope this will be resolved quicly.</p>
