Bad Service!

<p>I am receiving a lot of calls telling me to upgrade my contract. I went into the store waited an hour in the queue only to be told by Siya they don't have the power bank available. I told Siya why can he not get one from another store and he said he can't do that. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the manager is not in the office. I can't understand why there is no manager during busy times. I insisted on speaking to a manager and only to be approached... absolutely useless and does have no customer service experience whatsoever. I then told them to cancel the deal and I walked out. I would like a call from an area manager with feedback. The service is very poor!!</p>
