Bad service

<p>Our ADSL line was hit by lightning about 2 weeks ago. As afrihost is our ISP they reported the line on our behalf several times now. We from our side also inquire about the status. The usual answer from everyone "we are escalating". Not sure what, because since it was reported up until now, they are still in stage 2 of 4????</p>
