Bad service.

<p>I have taken a contract with telkom on a landline service in early 2015 that included a Dstv Explora and a modem.Till now i have not received these "Free" goods and i desided to cancell the contract and are now charged a cancelation fee.I app**** for a mobile contract over the fone and recieved the goods without any contract and when i phoned and asked for a copy of the contract i was told that i need to apply in store to recieve a copy.I have till tomorrow to return this product and i will return it.Please people know that telkom orders should not be placed online or over a phone and if you don't get a contract in black and white you should not do bussiness with these type off people.</p> <p>Thanks.</p> <p>C.A.Willemse.</p>
