<p>BAD BAD SERVICE</p> <p>i called in to purchase airtime last week friday for a meer R10 and guess what z''mistakenly" they purchased R400 airime on my behalf . called me to tell me they made a mistake i shouldnt use the airtime</p> <p>i specifically stated to the gentleman i haveabusiness to run what happensif i run out of tht 10 rand i purchased then what . the guy could not even answer me ... till today i am waiting on a report back on the case and no one has bothered calling me back ..</p> <p>talk about pathetic service ... i will not pay for tht R400 you guys bought on my behalf , i tried calling you guys back , you kept me on hold for more than 30 mins more tahn 3 times</p> <p>really bad bad service telkom ... just when i thought you guys are the best in the market</p>
