Bad service

<p>I send an email on the 1August 2016 to cancel my telkom contract (the number I was given when I took out my contract was ********** , when I upgraded I never got any new number, but yet at the telkom shop they say the 061 number is cancelled but they speak of another number which I am not aware of), the email was send to ********** I got a reply back from Zakhia Ali to fill the cancellation request form and send it along with a copy of my ID to ********** then the line will be cancelled in 21 working days. I send all the documents on the 5 August 2016 to this email adress and to Zakhia Ali who then told me that she is not in cancellations and I need to contact the call centre. I contacted the call centre and was told to go into a telkom shop to cancel the contract. At the telkom shop in Clear Water Mall I was told to send all my details to ********** which I did. I never got any reply back. Telkom deduct money from my account every month, then I have to reverse it. This month on the 15Nov they deducted R398 and on the R16 Nov they deducted R597. I again have to reverse it. I dont have any service from telkom any more, but yet they keep on deducting money from my account. Can anybody please help me to cancel my contract and stop Telkom from deducting money from my account.</p>
