Bad service
<p>I Log a fault on the 2 Nov with them but get no service My internet is off till today on the 9/11/2016 They do not phone you nor they do come out yet I phone everyday nothing is hapening. They said a tecnition need to come out I am still waiting I am loosing business and money Please can you you do somthing about it. </p>
Hi I still do not got any joy The send some speciliast out which only could have check the line that can a normal person do and they blame my router now So I went i to buy a new router and no one can check what is fault with the router EXCUSES and Excuses. No where in Guateng is a new router/modem availabe I been the shops close by me. THe best of all no answer the phone anywhere I drive up and down Who is paying my petrol and I am loosing business and money Still cannot do my stuff because they gave me on the ens a card and cannot connect to wireless and they told me I will be able to and then they tols me and the call centre it cannot. Leis and Leis What must I do????????????? I think if everybody is treated like this and have a problem not getting any routers THe will leave your people I think I must I cannot not caryy on loike this PLEASE DO SOMETHING I WILL BUT EVERYWHERE COMPLAINTS IN
