bad service

<p>I took out a contract with telkom yesterday and was given a number that I had to call this morning to port my number. I called the number and only to be told that i need to go back to the shop to port the number. I was told this needs to be done within 3 days and that the porting department is open only from monday to thursday. Now I am stuch with a number that I do not want to use. Will defenately take this phone back as i am receiving shocking service and have only been with them for one day. </p>
