Bad service

<p>I have been trying to cancel our business line for months. I have sent through 2 cancellation letters (last one sent 31 May 2016) and the line is still not cancelled even though the office has closed down.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want my account credited for the months since May and line cancelled immediately.
