Bad service

<p>My wife and I had then worst experience at telkom n1 city today. We arrived at the store just before 2pm the lady that helped us wasnt very helpful and did not seem to know the products they are advertising. After giving her all she needed to process our contract we filled out the form and when we finished the first page we asked her of we should complete the 2nd page. She mumbles thats its the product information but doesnt answer if we should complete it. After waiting about 20min she asks again what to we want. I tell her i want the wifi router 5GB AGAIN. Then we wait another 20 to 30mins she says nothing to us in that time just sits infront pc screen. After all this waiting she says her pc is not working and will process it tomorrow. This was really a waiste of our time and i am very concerned if she is even processing my contract correctly!!! I have never seen a contract take so long to process and also i want more info on my product i want which she is unable to explain to me......</p>
