bad service

<p>I reported a fault to telkom 398cnz070916 on 7 sept 16 . After numerous calls checking on the progress they keep promising me a technician will call me . As a result of their poor service i am losing business as it relies on the phone for customers to contact us . I spoke t o an agent online this morning , he told me that they are still trying to establish the root cause of this probelm. It seems like they don't care .</p>
