bad service

<p>got statements saying i was up to date with the cell phone account and 3 months later they send me a statement saying i am 90 days behind when the fist two months had a zero balance owing</p> <p> </p> <p>got a sms saying i am behind before i got the statement saying i was behind ,phoned them logged a querie got a reference no. ********** 9 ,called them every second day for two weeks and they keep telling me its upder investigation ,they have now cut me off. i called them now ,they tell me the issue is on there side but cant reconnect me ***</p>
