Bad Service

<p>I took out a contract from Telkom Mobile and the consultant was not very truthful about the offering .... However they did go and listen to the recording and came back to me and appologise and told me i could return the phone.... </p> <p>I descided to keep the phone and give it to someone who can use it, but when speaking to another consultant about the phones billing structure (which i am still waiting for) that consultant i was told that i could have taken the contract without a phone, which would have suited my pocket better. </p> <p>I phoned several times and asked to speak to a supervisor and they dont bother to come back to me</p> <p>Telkom mobile are misleading people just to sell their products</p> <p>I put a screen saver and cover on the phone to the value of R400 .... NOT FAIR </p>
