bad service

<p>i have ordered a telkom fibre line. they advised me that installation of the will take place on the 19 th August 2016.</p> <p>They never came/ nor had called me tell me they will not be coming. when they make the booking for installation they book it out as a whole day appoinment hence we have to wait for them.</p> <p>than they sent me another SMS advising the installation date will be 22 August 2016. They never pitched again and no call was made to me that they will not be coming again.</p> <p>I have taken 2 days off work without any joy. Never use TELKOM</p>
