Bad service

<p>I had a contract for data for R119 for 2 years with Telkom Mobile, this year March it was 2 years and they contacted me to renew as it was now going to be R199 per month i advised the consultant that i will not be renewing my contract and that weekend went to Telkom Clearwater and stood in a que for very long until I was assisted and the consultant told me because I’m only cancelling the contract middle of march they will debit for April, to which I agreed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was debited the month of May and I contacted Telkom through their chat with consultant and that consultant told me yes they can see its under cancellation and someone was going to call to finalise the process, again in June I was debited when I contacted Telkom I got the same story yes its under cancellation and someone was going to call me. In July I went to the bank and disputed the two debits from Telkom and went to Clearwater Telkom again only to be told they can’t help me I must wait for someone from cancellation to call me, they have sent the forms to the correct department and I must wait. Yesterday Telkom tried to debit my account and because I had insufficient fund the bank has now changed me fees for unpaid.</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom kept sending me the SMS on rate their service and I would give them 1 for all answers and no one ever called me to find out why…I must say they provide the worst service I have ever came across…I will never recommend them to anyone or ever reconsider taking another contract with them.</p>
