bad service

<p>I have been waiting for my phone and I was called by a guy from the delivery department. I made an appointment with him to deliver the phone on tuseday the 14/06/2016, I called him at 13;00 to find out if he was still coming he said yes. At 16:00 I recieved a call from him and he wanted me to go meet him at the mall which is unprofesional. I called telkom yesterday and I did not recieve any answer on top of that my call was wrapped after being on a call for 30 minutes. I would like for my phone to be delivered on the 17/06/2016 by a different delivery guy.</p> <p> </p> <p>My ID is ********** 441089</p> <p>My number is ********** 973</p> <p>parcel number is ********** 408</p> <p>the delivery guy number is ********** 973 and he is very rude.</p>
