Bad service

<p>We ap**** at telkom for a line with adsl on 2016-04-14 to be installed at our home due that I work away from home and skype with my wife and daughter that is 4. Telkom told me it will be installed on 2016-05-14. On the day of the instalation the technition phoned me and ask if there is someone home I told him I am away and gave him my wifes number. Since then they are still waiting for them to install the line. And me and my Family can't skype we cancelled all the other mobile internet contracts we had at telkom because we getting a line.</p>
