Bad Service

<p>Am really disappointed with service I received from Telkom Mobile this time. I have a cell phone contract which i agrred that the debit order will go through the last day of the month as i get paid on that day on the last day on each month, but in the month end of April Telkom decided to send the debit order on the 29 of April and which bounced back meaning i was charged by the bank for this failed debit order.</p> <p>When i noticed that there is something wrong on my account on the 3rd of may I called the Call Centre and i asked fro assistence because then i had money to pay for my account the agent told me that my account was in order and i do not need to pay anything, this call was recorded.</p> <p> </p> <p>Surprisingly yesterday 16 May 2016, my account was suspended. I did not receive any correspondence from telkom saying that my account was not paid and i need to pay. secondly they ddi not even notify me 48 hours before suspending my account, it came as a surprise. </p> <p> </p> <p>when i called the call centre they did not help me, which is unfair.</p> <p> </p> <p>1. Telkom send the debit order on a wrong day</p> <p>2. When they did not received payment they did not communicate</p> <p>3. They did not eve notify me that they are going to suspend my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is really bad service to customers, i hope this was only to me, am reaaly disappointed with this kind of service.</p>
