Bad service

Before the Samsung s7 was released,telkom had on their website that if you registered online before the 20th of March,you would get the Gear VR with the phone. Registered twice and no agent ever called me to follow up. Applying for this phone has been a nightmare, after several phone calls to telkom,holding for more than 30 minutes each time,I received the phone on Tuesday 26 April - why did it take more than a month to get this phone?? All I got were excuses. When I finally received the phone on tuesday,no Gear VR and I find out that the current price for the same package I got is now R599 while I will have to pay R629. This is ridiculous,I only accepted this phone out of desperation. I will be calling telkom to cancel this contract and give the phone back as I didnt get what was promised and I will be paying a higher rate.
