Bad service

Telkom mobile is the worst service provider they suspend my account when i am payed up to date then they just deduct money when it suite them and this after i have phoned them this is not the first time i have this problem with them it seems to me that the people working there are there only because the government say they have to be there and not because of there knowledge of the work and if this carry on i will cancel my service with them and go to someone that knows what they are doing
