Bad Service

I am on Free Me Bundles contract I subscribed for 2Gb, part of this deal is to have access to WhatApp data but no, the data is there when you check for balance but WhatsApp not working 1 day I called they said I have to reboot my cellphone and check then it worked for some few days and stops now the reality is while my WhatsApp data was working is because there was data in my phone(from 2Gb) when the data is gone I don't have data for WhatsApp and this frustrating because I pay a lot for this contract I am expecting everything to be working accordingly. Now I have to wonder is my phone don't have access to WhatsApp data or no messages today?
