Bad service

<p>Every time Telkom change the connection my adsl becomes slow and intermittent. </p> <p> </p> <p>This was now due to the new campaign for uncapped Internet by telkom. Due to the distance from the exchange my line speed was dropped to 9mb from 10mb. Was stable. Now pushed back tp 10mb and useless again. If ADSL does not work why not test the VDSL interface.</p> <p> </p> <p>Really becoming a nuisance. Keep reporting and *********** people try to sort out. Please assist.</p>
