Bad service

<p>this is the second time I went to Telkom in Westgate that I had a bad service. The cant help or the system doesnt pick anything up. we must have an Id not a drivers licence. Even if we give the account number or cell number they can not help us.</p> <p>they must please get new staff of get friendlier staff.</p> <p> </p>
