Bad service

<p>Telkom what is happening or have you had enough of our money? I have a problem with my landline, i have been reporting this since the 3rd of July but till today my phone does not work. 1st i went into a telkom shop to report and received an sms to say problem will be resolved within 3 days, on the 5th when i was doing my follow up i was told that the incident was closed and now this was on the phone wasting my airtime i reported again on which when i followed up again the incident was closed then i logged it again the 3rd time, and today i go into the shop and your staff member is telling me that it has been closed and i must log it again, when i tell him that i need now to have it logged as a complaint he tells me that telkom doesn't have a complaints department and that in the shop they have no control and that they have no way of contacting technicians. Now what must do how do i fix this??????</p>
