Bad Service

<p>4 weeks ago Telkom confirmed an appointment to come and fix our phone lines at our office. After we had phoned numerous times after they didn't show up they eventually confirmed a second appointment for which they also never showed up. After complaining and placing a new order for the same problem they confirmed to come out on Friday. For a THIRD time no one showed and no one had let us know what was going on. Worst service and no urgency to help at all. Very disappointed. </p>
