Bad Service
I'm extremely frustrated at the lack of support from Telkom. I've logged queries from the 2nd of April 2015 and non of these queries have been resolved. Everytime I call I am told that the ticket was complete but not 1 technician has came to my premises.Both my telephone and Adsl are not working.Fault No 473CRK240415<br> Spoke to Ebrahim and Brian an not any of them have bothered to contact me back with feedback. Please URGENTLY ASSIST. Everytime I call I am told that there is no supervisor or they unable to transfer my call.
