Bad service

I have a 2 contracts with telkom. I skipped a month due to personal reasons, at the end of May I went to one of their branches and I was told to R1755 plus R299 at a Pep store which I did. To my surprise I kept receiving smses saying my services will be suspended. I called telkom 3 times tk resolve the issue and was told it has been resolved. A week later they tried to debit R2800 from my account. Yesterday when I got home my service was suspended. I called them and I was told it will be unspended in an hours time, till today I'm still waiting. Telkoms service is very bad.
