bad service

I went to Telkom to give a 30 days' notice terminate my Smart broadband wireless fixed line *** but it was terminated with immediate effect by Naledi at Alberton Telkom next to Ok furnitures. I am working from home and now stuck without internet. I want my service to be reinstated and I cannot work now and lost the full days production, and what about tomorrow and the whole week. I need the service to be up and running again
