Bad service

Been with Telkom from 2017. Never missed a payment. 1 missed payment and I am handed over to 3rd parties. I payed my installment yesterday yet they tried to debit me double the amount. And everytime they try to debit. My bank charges me R130. This is not acceptable. Yet no one called me from their side regarding debit orders
