Bad service

I'm with telkom for many years. But now since January i have problems with them. I wanted a 2nd fibre contract and waited for more than a month. Every time i phone they say a technitian will call me. Nothing. At the end of the day they say we must cancel and start over with the contract. Now i get billed for that contract and nobody want to help me
