BAD SERVICE

Good day

I am trying to get hold of telkom to assist me.

I have received my router on Thursday and they advise me to wait 48 hours. Till today i cannot connect with the router so i decided to contact the call Centre again and guess what? Someone cancelled my order but i did receive my router. How does this work?

I am truly not happy with the service that i received from Telkom.
