Bad service

I took out a contract phone with telkom there communication is very peutrate...they blocked my Sim card so I can't make any outgoing calls on receive I called customer service they said I made payment but it wasn't the full amount yet they ddnt send me the full amount I then took the amount and made payment this was Tuesday my Sim is still blocked after payment was made been talking about agents right left and centre buts still they tell me the same **** the other one said of 24 hours it's been more then that n still nothing ...I will never take put anther contract with telkom there service is just **** as I'm writing this I'm still waiting fr them to unblock my number. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in telkom....
