Bad service

I opened a contract at telkom Woodmead, and I was helped by the lady hows by the name of Sharon, to do the contract, so I got approved then I decided to don't take the phone and told the consultant to cancel the contract but they didn't even cancel it they told me that they will need authorization from the manager it was 2023/12/28 then after one week I went the again and they told me that they canceled the contract while they were lying then I went to another telkom the they told me that my contract is still active. So the following week the store manager called me saying that I'm owing telkom 1200r then I told them my story " I didn't talk anything and I told them to cancel my contract " he said he will help me and sent everything to their head office , so even today they didn't send anything they didn't even bother to help me with anything they keep on debting on my account for something that I don't have ........ the name of Store manager is Joseph Manoko and regional manager is Melanie van zyl coz they also now about my issue but they don't do anything about it ... even today they didn't help me anything since last year
